1) Who are you and where are you?
We are a professional glass smoking‑accessory manufacturer from China, with more than 15 years of manufacturing experience in this industry. You are welcome to come and visit our factory anytime.
2)What kind of customers do you serve?
We focus on wholesale clients: wholesalers, smoke shops, online sellers, brand designers and foreign peers. We don’t take orders from end consumers for now.
3)How to get free samples?
We can make samples per your requirements from your design drawings or photos. Samples are free, freight to be discussed. All costs for product pre‑confirmation will be deducted in your official order.
4)How do we build our own brand?
We’re very glad to help you build your brand together. We are well‑experienced in product design. We can go over product details with you, adjust and re‑confirm samples repeatedly, add your own logo to products. Besides, we will protect your design patents and intellectual property.
5)How about Mini order?
we accept low quantity order.About 30-50pcs or less for all of products,
The minimum amount for a wholesale order is $500
For our stock products we accepet 1pcs shipped by air.
6)How about shipping?
We offer one‑stop door‑to‑door logistics, including transportation and customs clearance. Our company takes responsibility for any risks during the process. You can pick sea or air shipping, and we will work out the exact shipping cost
7)What if the goods get damaged?
We have many years of experience in packaging export goods. However, damage can occasionally happen in transit, especially with air shipping. If damage occurs, we will take responsibility and provide you with either a payment deduction or replacement items.
8）What if there are any customer complaints?
We stand fully behind our products. We will properly handle all your requests and problems. We hope to build long‑term business cooperation with you.
9）Do you have other products and services apart from glass goods?
We have been in the smoking‑accessory business for many years and built long‑term partnerships with many customers. We can be your China‑based service partner, handling all your required products and services sourced from China. Lots of our clients send goods from various suppliers to our company for combined shipping.
10)Could I get more competitive price?
