- Materials
Use high quality Borosilicate glass tube. It is a special glass material with low expansion rate, high temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance and high chemical stability. 2. Cutting
Use professional cutting equipment to cut glass tubes of various specifications into the size required for production
3.Heating
Put the long glass hollow tube on the flame nozzle, and heat the glass tube to make it soft while rotating, then continuously stretched into filaments to cut off into small pieces.
4.Making
Insert the drawn short tube into one end of the hollow blow tube, and heat the other end to cut off by drawing. Blow into the short glass tube slowly and evenly through the hollow blowpipe, so that the short glass tube expands gradually to a bubble, and then put it in the special mold.
5.Installing
After finish the shape, perc and other accessories such as male and female will be assembled together according to the requirements of the drawing, all of process are completely completed on the machine tool through continuous heating and manual work
6.Annealing
Using a professional annealing furnace, the temperature can reach 800°or the products will be broken easier
7.Inspecting
Prefessiong worker will be inspected every products, and clean them
7.Packing
Use bubble pads according to customer requirements, and put them into solid cartons, and warehousing
9.Shipping out
Pallets or containers shall be used according to the order quantity
